Please provide us with your phone number in the Note box when placing an order. You will then be notified by the courier about details regarding delivery date and time.

Bear with us especially during the Christmas season. If your order is taking longer than usual to deliver please reach out to us first before raising a case with Etsy. We would be more than happy to assist you locating your package and send you details.

Please note that FedEx does NOT deliver to PO boxes and military bases!
We only use DPD (within the EU) and FedEx (outside of the EU). Please do not ask for lowering shipping costs, it's not up to us, it's decided by those two carrier services.

Note that shipping for remote places in Australia and New Zeland (+ distant and badly accessible parts of Canada and the USA) is calculated only after placing the order and we may send you additional shipping quote (direct payment link) to cover additional cost for transport with Fedex.

We don't accept orders cancellations (unless there is an issue appearing on our side - such as the product is damaged or can't be produced) because immediately after placing an order your package is mostly shipped or at least put in production.

We rarely work on weekends. If you have a problem with the order, feel free to write us a question, we will gladly help you and inform you regarding the progress on your order. We won't, however, respond on Saturday and Sunday. If you feel like a case should be opened, please wait until business days so we can actually react to your complaint and provide you with a satisfactory information.
