🔹Shipping time frame
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after a payment is received.

For "made to order" items please allow 1-2 weeks for production.

🔹Shipping methods
I use Royal Mail standard delivery service. There is no tracking number available for this service.
If you want to track your order or a bit faster delivery, please upgrade you shipping method before placing an order.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided on Etsy order receipt.

🔹Approximate delivery time:
United Kingdom - 1-3 days,
Europe 3-5 up to 10 days,
USA and Canada - 10-15 up to 3 weeks (usually faster than 2 weeks).
Australia, New Zealand - 10-15 days up to 4 weeks.

Please notice that I rely on services provided by other companies in different countries of the world to ship my orders, so I am not able to take a responsibility for a delivery time.
Delays in transport are quite possible, if you need your order by exact date, please let me know in advance.

If you haven't received an item by the time it was supposed to arrive, let me know about it.

🔹Delivery failure (Item was not delivered and returned back to me by postal service):

Plants delivery failure: If your order was returned by postal service because of customer failure to collect it from local postal service or incorrect address provided by customer, your order will not be refunded.

Other non perishable items:
If your order was returned because of the customer failure to collect it from the local postal service or incorrect address provided by a customer, your order will be refunded except shipping and packaging costs.

🔹Lost orders:
If your order is lost you are entitled for a full refund.
You must allow for
UK deliveries - 11 working days since a dispatch date,
for Europe - 25 working days since a dispatch date,
for Rest of the World - 32 working days since a dispatch date
before the item could be treated as being lost. This time frame is fully compatible with terms & conditions of Royal Mail service.
Please contact me for a refund after this date.

🔹Import duties
Buyer is responsible for paying import duty in their country if applicable.
