My first time making gluten free sourdough and it came out perfect first time, wouldn’t be able tell it’s gf. Recipe is easy to follow and seller is helpful. My starter took a few days to wake up but was very much alive after a good few feeds. I’ve tried making normal gluten sourdough for months with different starters and recipes but it always turned out flat, so super happy this one actually worked. Really recommend ☺️

Great gluten free starter, made one loaf so far and it was ok. Didn’t have all the ingredients to make the recipe that came with the starter but have ordered them now so hoping to try that out soon.
