What a wonderful use case for it! Well Doctor who is over 60 years old, so it's something old, it was made to order for you, so it's something new, if you lent it to someone at the wedding it would be something borrowed, and it is of course something blue 😊

It all looks good. Just one point my Ring screwdriver is round so it does not fit in the slot which I was looking forward to do as I am for ever looking for it.
