Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on personalized items, as they are custom-made and cannot be resold.

Due to our fast processing time of 1-2 days, modifications cannot be made once the order is placed. However, if you contact us within 1-2 hours of ordering, we may be able to accommodate the changes.

Can I cancel my order after the artwork has been approved?

Once the artwork is approved, a £10 setup fee will be deducted if you choose to cancel. The remaining balance will be processed accordingly.
