Terms of Use.

1. INFORMATION WE RECEIVE

As an Etsy seller, we only receive information that is
shared through Etsy's platform as part of the order
process. This may include:

• Your name and Etsy username
• Your email address (via Etsy's messaging system)
• Your country/region (for order records)

We do not collect any information directly. All data flows
through Etsy's secure systems.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information only for the following purposes:

We will NEVER use your personal information for marketing,

are securely processed by Etsy.

We only retain buyer information for as long as is
necessary to fulfil your order and resolve any support
issues. Order records visible within Etsy's platform
are retained according to Etsy's own data retention
policies. We do not store your data outside of Etsy.

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom,
or any country with data protection laws, you have the
right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information

All PDF files sold in EZTechNotes are original educational
resources created for personal study use only.
Redistribution, resale, uploading, or sharing of any
purchased file — in whole or in part — is strictly
prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright law
and Etsy's Intellectual Property Policy.
