SHIPPING
Shipping within the United States is typically between 2-5 business days. Please note, holiday times may cause these estimations to vary or increase. We ship your order with tracking and will send you your tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Unfortunately, postal carrier delays are outside of our control, but thankfully we rarely see significant delays. Feel free to reach out to me with your zip code if you need me to look into delivery date estimates from the postal carrier.
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
While rare, items could become damaged in transit. If this happens, please send us a message promptly [within 3 days of delivery] so that we can help. Please include your order number and pictures of the damaged item.
CANCELLATIONS
We do accept cancellations within 2 hours of the order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, due to the made to order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. For shirt orders, please refer to our easy to follow sizing charts to determine appropriate sizing.
WRONG ADDRESS
We encourage you to double-check your address during checkout. Please contact me right away if a change needs to be made to your shipping address. We will do our best to update your address, but due to our short processing times we cannot always guarantee shipping address changes after purchase. If the item is returned to us due to a wrong address, you will need to purchase shipping again so that we can mail the item to you again.
CARRIER DELAYS
Get Merchie is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost packages. Unfortunately, this is outside our control once the package leaves us. BUT, please let us know right away of any shipping issues you may experience so we can help in every way that we can.
PERSONALIZATION
For personalized orders, please be sure to note the specific personalization or message at the time of your order during checkout. We also encourage you to double check the spelling of your personalization for accuracy to ensure your item will be printed correctly.
Proofs are available upon request. To avoid processing delays, we will prepare your item for printing after 24 hours if there is no response to the delivered proof.
If you forgot to include your personalization with the order, please send us a message with your invoice number right away. Please note, this could slightly increase processing times.
CUSTOM REQUESTS
If there is something of interest to you that we don’t have in our shop, let us know. We'd be happy to see if we can accommodate your custom item request or design.
