5 out of 5 starsI wanted a clean, organized, simple, and offline CRM to flank my fully loaded cloud based CRM. It is so convenient to have an Excel based client manager while I am on the road visiting clients. This saves me so much time and hassle in situations when I just quickly need a contact's phone number to lock down a large project, or I am trying to remember someone's name that I met three months ago. It is just a quick and easy way to recall client info without wasting time finding WiFi or setting up a hotspot. Also, Jacob has been an amazing resource. He is very very responsive if you have questions about the program and his YouTube tutorials basically walk you through every line of the code making it easy to accommodate changes. This has truly been one of the best purchases I made this year.
