Order Cancellation Policy:

If an order needs to be cancelled PLEASE contact me within 24hours of purchase, after that a cancellation fee (15%) will be charged!

If you purchase from "Hause Full Of Crafts", we assume that you have READ and AGREE with all shop policies.

Your items is being sent from the IRELAND so delivery time will vary depending where you live but, as a guideline:

For pacifier clips:

Ireland: 2 working days
UK: 7-10 working days
Europe: 5-7 working days
USA: 5-9 working days
Everywhere else: 3-5 weeks

For candles

Ireland: 2-4 working days
UK: 7-14 working days
Europe: 5-7 dys

Why shipping cost so much?

We will use only registered shipment, it is safer for candles and slates. We will provide you with tracking number after posting of the order and You can track the shipment progress online. Registered shipments are insured as well in case of loss or damage during transit. All registered shipments have to be signed for upon receipt.

Always make sure your deliver package is not damaged in the presence of the post worker before signing for it!
If you receive your package damaged, be sure that you’ll fill decleration for damage item (your postman will give you it) , please take a photo of all papers what you fill, the package and the product, and contact me the day you receive your damaged item / items. Only after when I will get all photos prom you, I can give you full refund or send new item

For all shop items:

We are unable to post on Saturdays and Sundays, Ireland public holidays or during unexpected events such as postal strikes
We're not responsible for any customs or duty charges your item may incur or any customs delay

All colours indicated on our website are as accurate as we can make them, however we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour reproduction on other systems and monitors.

RUSH ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A RUSH FEE!! We fill orders on a first come first serve basis . . . unless other arrangements have been made PRIOR to order.

Our Business Days are week days {Monday to Friday, NOT WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS} -If you need something by a specific date please contact us BEFORE you purchase, so there are not issues after you purchase if the delivery/need by date is not possible.
