How do I get my files after I buy?
Instantly. The moment your payment goes through, Etsy unlocks your download. Find it under You, then Purchases and reviews, and Etsy emails you a link too. Nothing physical gets mailed.
What's the difference between the interactive and printable PDF?
You get both. The interactive (clickable) PDF lets you tap the contents to jump around and type into the fields right on your phone, tablet, or computer, no printer needed. The printable PDF is clean US Letter pages for when you want paper in front of you. Use whichever fits the day.
Can I get a refund?
Since these are instant digital downloads, they can't be returned once they're in your hands, so all sales are final. But if something is actually wrong (a file won't open, you got the wrong item, a page is broken), message me and I will make it right.
I'm not techy. Will I be able to use it?
Yes. You just need a free PDF reader, which most phones and computers already have (Adobe Acrobat Reader works best for typing into the fillable version). And if you get stuck, message me. I would much rather walk you through it than leave you frustrated.
