I would have ordered a few inches larger, as the 30" is smaller than I had anticipated. it also comes with an outlet adapter for both US and European versions. that was a nice touch. remote controlled options for blinking/flashing and brightness. perfect for our party! thank you!

Custom and personalized orders
In our shop we offer a wide range of neon signs with different designs. You may always order a special design and even send us a picture as an example and we'll make it for you!
We gladly make custom orders, so do not hesitate to contact us in private messages.
Returns & Exchanges & Replacements
We don't accept returns & exchanges.
In the case, when the item received is damaged or do not correspond to the ordered, we replace it.
In order to receive a replacement for damaged item, the buyer must notify the seller within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds & Replacement of the damaged items
We will refund the cost of the damaged item if the buyer notifies the seller within 24 hours from receipt of the item.
Replacement of damaged or wrong items will occur if we do not have time to deliver a new product to the buyer by the date stated by him.
To obtain a refund or replacement, the buyer must provide evidence of damaged items.
Damaged items are replaced at our expense.
