You have to stretch the fabric very tightly in the frame. Otherwise, it will ripple too much. I did a test stitch first. Since the stitches are very close together, it looks absolutely perfect. I'm very happy with it. I embroidered it onto my jeans. It looks amazing! :-) Metallica is playing in May, so I'll wear the jeans then.

I used the 8" PES file. It stitched out beautifully. However, I had to do 2 t-shirts. for whatever reason, the started with the "c" at the center point. I adjusted the center the 2nd time and the placement worked well and treaked again after the basting stitch. I did not contact customer service.
