How My Etsy Shop Came to Be
Me apasionan las manualidades desde siempre. Mi madre me enseñó a tejer y también cosía en su tiempo libre. Algún día, pregúntame si puedo enseñarte los conjuntos a juego que nos hizo a mi hermana y a mí allá por los años 70.
Creo que seguí dedicándome a las manualidades durante mi adolescencia y mis veinte años porque mi madre siempre elogiaba mi trabajo.
Hace unos 10 años, llegué a una encrucijada en mi carrera docente que me inspiró a convertir finalmente mi pasión por el patchwork y las manualidades en esta tienda, donde puedo maravillarme con las telas todos los días. ¡Me encanta!
Ahora que me he jubilado de la enseñanza, tengo más tiempo para dedicarme a mi tienda. Estoy aprendiendo a gestionar un pequeño negocio mientras disfruto de mi jubilación. 🥰
Vendo telas que me encanta contemplar, y siempre espero que a mis clientes les gusten tanto como a mí.

I have been in love with crafting my entire life. My mother taught me to knit, and she did some sewing on the side. Ask me sometime to show you the matching outfits she made for my sister and me back in the 70's.
I think I continued with crafts in my teens and twenties because my mother always praised my work.
About 10 years ago, I came to a crossroads in my teaching career that inspired me to finally convert my love of quilting and crafting into this shop where I can ooh and aah over fabric every single day of my life. I love it!
Now that I'm retired from teaching, I have more time to focus on my shop. Now I'm learning how to run a small business while enjoying retirement. 🥰
I sell fabrics that I love to look at, and I always hope that customers will love them like I do.
