What can I personalize on my newspaper poster?
Every poster is made to order just for you! You can personalize the following details to make it a truly unique gift:
⚪️ Couple's Names
⚪️ The Wedding Date (Month, Day, Year)
⚪️ A Personal Photo (Optional - for listings that include a photo spot)
⚪️ Specific Anniversary Year (e.g., 50th, 25th, etc.)
How does the ordering process work?
It's simple! Here’s how to get your custom poster:
1- Place Your Order: Choose your size and format (Digital File or Printed Poster) and fill out the personalization details.
2- We Create a Proof: We will personalize your design and send a preview (proof) for you to review via Etsy Messages within 24-48 hours.
3- You Approve: Look over the proof carefully. If everything is perfect, send us your approval.
4- Receive Your Poster: For Digital Files, we'll send the final high-resolution files right after approval. For Printed Posters, we will begin printing and shipping your order.
Custom and personalized orders
⚪️ Proof: You will receive a proof to review within 6-10 Hours.
⚪️ Digital Files: Your final files are sent immediately after you approve the proof.
⚪️ Printed Posters: Please allow 3-5 business days for printing, plus an additional 5-7 business days for shipping.

You will receive a high-resolution PDF file, ready for printing. We recommend printing at:
⚪️ Local Print Shops: Staples, FedEx, Office Depot, etc.
⚪️ Online Printers: VistaPrint, Shutterfly, Prints of Love.
⚪️ At Home: For smaller sizes, you can print on your home printer.
Custom and personalized orders
For a professional and authentic look, we recommend printing on a high-quality, heavyweight matte paper or cardstock (100lb or more). A matte finish prevents glare and looks best in a frame.

⚪️ Revisions: We are happy to make any corrections or minor adjustments to your proof. Your purchase includes up to two rounds of revisions.
⚪️ Returns: Because our products are fully personalized, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after the final proof has been approved. However, if your printed poster arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement.
