Should I put the wedding date or the anniversary date on the gift?
You can write either the wedding date or the anniversary date, depending entirely on your traditions and personal preference. About 60% of my clients choose to include the anniversary date.
Sizing details
All my bottles are miniature, ranging from 4 cm to 7 cm in height. You can find the exact size of each bottle in the photos and product description of each listing.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each bottle comes in a gift box with a ribbon. It is also packed in a shipping box with protective materials. If the bottle contains a metal or large charm, it is packed separately to prevent damage during transit. Upon receiving it, all you need to do is insert the cork with the charm into the bottle.
Why is international shipping quite expensive?
International shipping can be quite costly because the items are sent from the UK, and the rates are set by postal services. For countries like the USA, customs duties are already included in the shipping cost.
Custom and personalised orders
For some very remote countries or islands, packages can take up to 4–6 weeks. This is due to the number of stops and sorting centers your package goes through. Sometimes a package may sit at a sorting facility for a week. Delivery speed can also be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as postal strikes, extreme weather, changes in customs regulations, and other factors.
Unfortunately, I cannot influence how fast your package moves. I always try to send items using the fastest shipping method available within the amount paid at checkout.
