No. All items in this shop are digital downloads.
No physical product will be shipped. After purchase, you can instantly download your files from Etsy.

After your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you an email with a download link.
You can also access your files anytime by going to:
Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files
If you have trouble downloading, just message me — I’ll help!

Most items are delivered as PDF files or as a ZIP folder containing multiple PDFs.
All files open easily on laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
🌟 FAQ 4 — Can I request a refund for a digital item?
Because digital files cannot be returned, I do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital downloads.
However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact me — I’m always here to help.

Yes!
If you want a custom version (different colors, text, layout, pages, etc.), message me.
Custom orders may require an additional fee depending on complexity.
🌟 FAQ 8 — How fast will I receive my digital product?
Instantly.
As soon as your payment is processed, you’ll get immediate access to your files on Etsy.
🌟 FAQ 9 — Can I use your templates/playbooks with AI tools?
Yes!
All prompt packs, playbooks, and guides are compatible with any AI writing tool.
