Do you offer custom services?
Yes! Choose from one of our many custom design packages to get started. If you don’t see one that fits your needs and or would like help selecting the right one, message me and I’ll gladly help you select the right one.
We can customized to your space, style, and wants/needs.
How can I be sure I will like your recommendations?
Before beginning your unique design, you will fill out our questionnaire that is used to pin point your likes/dislikes, wants/needs, and other design preferences. Your answers will help us create a design tailored to you. We design with you in mind, and will keep you involved throughout the entire design process to make sure you are loving the direction we are going.
If there is something you are not liking, we can make revisions. We want to make sure you love your new space.
Can you “shop” my design components for me?
Yes! Let us be your personal shopper. I can help with sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of all items used in your new design. Contact us in Etsy message or email snhinteriors@gmail.com to discuss in further detail.
Can Urban Design House provide designs for multiple rooms?
Urban Design House can design by single room to entire home! We will work to create a cohesive design from room to room. Contact us for details and multi-room pricing.
How quickly will I receive my template?
All templates are available via instant download. This means once you have completed your purchase, your template will be available instantly.
What software will I need when purchasing templates?
You will need a FREE Canva account. If you do not have one, go to www.Canva.com to easily sign up for one.
Can I use your designs/templates, or parts of them, to resell for my customers?
No. The purchase of an Urban Design House template is for individual personal/business use only. You may not resell, redistribute or share it as a digital file or claim the design as your own whether modified or not. The purpose of the templates is for private individuals to use in branding their own business.
