Tracking says "delivered" but my item hasn't arrived
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for an item after it has been shipped. If the tracking information says it's been delivered but you have not received it, immediately reach out to your local post office. If you think your package was stolen, you will need to file a police report with the local authorities.
