Several things could be coming into play here so check these things:

1.) Make sure your printer is set to print on letter size paper if you live in the US or A4 size paper if you live outside the US. Often another size paper has inadvertently been chosen, which will cause your pattern to print in an unexpected way.

2.) Make sure your printer is set to print at 100% without any scaling. This is the number one printing problem that people encounter.

Please read the listings carefully...no physical item will be sent to you. This is a digital download for wallpaper templates, for the rooms in the Townhome and will be available to you immediately upon purchase. I am amazed to say that I get this question A LOT...I DO NOT offer the Townhomes themselves--if I did, they wouldn't be selling for a mere $6.99 in any case! Further, I do not offer refunds because you mistakenly thought you were buying the Townhome itself. I'm afraid I simply do not know how to make the details of the listing any clearer. If it seems too good to be true...it probably is. Please contact me before you purchase if you are still unclear about what you will receive!

No, as a general rule I do not. If there is a problem with your order I will do my best to resolve it in a way that will be mutually acceptable. Should we agree on a return, the amount refunded will be the cost of the order less shipping. I do not refund shipping costs.
