[COVID-19] Meestal duurt het 3-7 dagen voordat mijn productiepartner een bestelling uitvoert, waarna deze wordt verzonden. Ook kunnen de uitvoeringstijden van mijn productiepartner voor alle producten langer zijn dan normaal en kunnen ze blijven fluctueren totdat de dingen weer normaal worden. [COVID-19]​ Usually, it takes 3–7 days for my production partner to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Also, my production partner's fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to fluctuate until things get back to normal. They are seeing delays in their supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the ENTIRE INDUSTRY is grappling with challenges.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be NORMALLY estimated as follows:
❖ USA: 3–7 business days
❖ Europe: 6–10 business days
❖ Australia: 2–14 business days
❖ International: 10–25 business days
At times, delivery can be unpredictable depending on the situation in your particular area, or if it involves customs.

Depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! (Please note that I do NOT ship from my home address, regardless of what Etsy's interface sometimes states.)

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:
❖Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
❖Ask your local post office if they have your package
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with me on Etsy.
If you *did* find a *mistake* in your delivery address - please contact me and we will discuss our options - my production partners might be able to send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Houd er rekening mee dat elk artikel uniek is en speciaal voor u is gemaakt wanneer u uw bestelling plaatst, wat ook betekent dat ik geen magazijn heb met dezelfde artikelen in alle maten of kleuren - de hele nieuwe bestelling moet opnieuw worden vervaardigd!❖ Wat is jullie retourbeleid?Ik bied geen retourzendingen aan voor een "buyer's remorse" of ruilen, maar als er iets mis is met je bestelling, laat het me dan weten door contact met me op te nemen op Etsy!❖ Bieden jullie restituties aan?Restituties worden alleen aangeboden aan klanten die de verkeerde artikelen of beschadigde artikelen ontvangen. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me on Etsy with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on my store, in photos and/or in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I will contact my production partners so we'l send you a new one, or issue a refund!
