I had a friend I purchased a gift from this shop for previously and was so happy with the quality I purchased a dice tray and bag for myself. It arrived today in perfect shape and looks amazing, I can’t wait to use it with my new metal dice set! There was an issue with the package getting lost in the mail. I contacted the seller after the expected delivery window had lapsed and she made it right immediately. It took a couple weeks longer due to this but it isn’t a reflection of the shop, seller or quality of the product, just an issue with the mail service there. 20/10 would recommend! Excellent customer service, thank you again for everything!
