I had an unfortunate situation where I received a rug that was flawed in the design and did not 100% match the pictures in the listing. Seller was very extremely accommodating though and offered a full refund for the mistake. I was very bummed to not get the rug that I originally wanted, but truly appreciated the great customer service. Even though the pattern of the rug was off, it was definitely of high quality and beautifully made.
