Some of the wood I use has imperfections in it, but I feel that gives each of my signs character and a rustic look. All signs are hand lettered and painted to ordered so slight variations may occur although we do our very best to make the signs identical.

In the very rare occurance that your package shows delivered but you did not recieve your package from USPS, please contact me. I will work with you to contact your local PO to track down the package. If we are unable to locate the package, you must file a "stolen mail" affidavit through the USPS website. Once filed and I receive a copy of affidavit I will send out a replacement or refund ASAP. Please keep in mind that filing a false stolen mail affidavit is a crime and punishable by jail time.
