My 2nd order and most likely not the last. Didn't need "customer service" but asked for some additional information which he kindly provided. Even got a extra piece of art for a tiny delay in shipping which was ofc not necessary but greatly appreciated, even matched the colours of the other pieces of art I ordered, really love it 11/10
