Custom and personalized orders

Each of my items is unique and everything is handmade by me. Feel free to contact me to make that little something special just for you :). I do not accept returns of personalized jewelry also returns of rings made in requested sizes and jewels I have altered to fit you specifically or requested by you unless there was a mistake on my part.

Gift wrapping and packaging

My jewelry is packaged in a luxury jewelry box. If you would like a personal message included, please let me know.

I gladly accept return and exchange: Contact me within 14 days of delivery Ship the item back within 30 days of delivery. According to my policy, you can return the item for a refund minus USD 40 to cover the shipping. Custom or personalized items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized items.

For silver and other items that cost up to 100US$, there is a regular delivery with a tracking number. You can upgrade it to a fast delivery For any items between (about) 100-350US$, there is a FAST delivery with a tracking number. For items that cost (about) 350US and more, you get a FREE FAST delivery, with a tracking number.

In the event that the order has gone through custom, it is the buyer's responsibility to release the item and pay whatever taxes needed.

Refunds on a returned item will not include the shipping costs. In case of a returned item that was sent with free delivery, the shipping cost (US$30) will be deducted from the refund amount. The buyer will pay for shipping back the item. The refund to the buyer will be made only after the item arrives back to the seller. In case of a returned item - I will refund for 80% of the cost of the jewelry (deduction for process and handling).
