*To restore the crystal's glow, use a soft, dry cloth and rub it gently.

*Give your freshwater pearls their shine by rubbing them with a soft cloth. Don't use paper, it will damage their surface. Don't use water, it could penetrate the pearls and leave a deposit. Avoid using perfume directly on the pearls.

*A slight surface oxidation of the silver may appear over time. Rub it with a soft cloth.

*Keep your jewelry away from air, humidity and dust. Do not leave them on a jewelry tree if you don't wear them regularly.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted due to oxidation, deterioration or loss of shine of materials.

The jewels being made of crystal, glass or fine stones, all precautions are taken to avoid a bad surprise at the arrival in your mailbox.

We use bubble envelopes with tracking and cardboard tracking letters for "gift" jewelry.

For foreign countries: bubble envelopes only to limit taxes and shipping costs.
