Where do I access my files after purchase?
To access your digital files:
• Log into Etsy using a web browser (downloads are not available through the Etsy app).
• Click on Your Account → Purchases and Reviews.
• Find your order and select Download Files.
You will also receive an automatic email from Etsy with your download links.
After downloading, open the PDF included in your order — it contains a direct link to your Canva template along with simple, step-by-step instructions to get started.
