Frequently asked questions
What does it mean to customize a listing?
You may customize any of our stickers that have the custom option in the drop down. Use the custom options photo on your desired listing and specify which colors (max. 2 per sheet) in the notes to seller.
If you would like to alter more than the color of a sticker in our shop, please message us before placing an order. Due to the volume of orders, we need notice and communication before completing extensive alterations to our stickers. This includes: changing the size of a sticker, changing the text of a script sticker, making a full sheet of one specific sticker previously advertised in a variety sheet, etc.
If there is not a custom option under a listing you wish to customize, please message us.
What if I do not specify how I would like a listing customized?
If the custom option is selected on a listing, but there is no custom request or color specified in the "notes to seller". We will contact the buyer. If our attempt does not receive a response within 2 business days, we will complete the order with the non-custom version of the sticker.
My package hasn't arrived yet. Tracking information is updating slowly.
We are shipping out orders as fast as we can to compensate for the USPS delays. USPS is working as hard as they can to get packages sorted and delivered. I know they're experiencing staffing issues and high volumes due to the pandemic. The package was taken to the post office, but they are very behind with sorting mail and have been going a few days without scanning things in. I'm unable to control the tracking information once I put it in the mail. I'll keep an eye on it, but unfortunately I can't guarantee when it will get to you. Your best bet is to reach out to USPS and file a case. Please keep me updated!
