Since each piece is carefully crafted and embroidered using our industrial-grade equipment, production typically takes 3-5 business days. For shipping, US domestic orders usually arrive in 5-8 days, while standard international shipping takes 6-10 days.
Care instructions
To keep the fabrics and embroidery looking their best, we highly recommend spot cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water. For velvet and delicate quilted items, please avoid ironing directly on the fabric or the embroidered area. Let them air dry completely.
