Where can I find my pattern files?
Your digital files become available once Etsy confirms your payment. Sign in to Etsy.com and visit Your Account → Purchases & Reviews → Download Files. Digital files may need to be downloaded through Etsy.com in a browser rather than through the Etsy app.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. PatternHotel sells digital seamless pattern files only. Nothing will be physically mailed to you.
What is a seamless pattern?
A seamless pattern is designed so the edges repeat continuously without visible breaks. The tile can be repeated horizontally and vertically to create a larger continuous design for suitable personal or licensed creative projects.
What file format will I receive?
The exact file format, dimensions, resolution, and contents are stated in each listing. Most designs are supplied as high-resolution digital pattern files suitable for repeating and scaling within the limits described in the listing.
Are the patterns high resolution?
Yes. Files are prepared at high resolution for quality digital and print use. Please review the individual listing for its exact pixel dimensions, DPI, and file specifications.
Can I use PatternHotel designs commercially?
PatternHotel designs are for personal use only unless a separate commercial license has been purchased. A commercial license must be purchased as an add-on where available, or you must contact the seller directly to arrange the appropriate license for your intended use.
Purchasing the digital pattern file by itself does not include commercial rights, POD rights, resale rights, or exclusive rights. You may not use the design commercially, manufacture products for sale, redistribute the file, or claim ownership of the artwork without the proper license.
Commercial licenses are non-exclusive unless a separate written exclusive license is specifically agreed upon with the seller.
Can I use the designs for print-on-demand products?
Yes, but a commercial/POD license is required before using any PatternHotel design on products you intend to sell.
A license is required whether you are producing:
a small quantity of products,
a growing commercial collection,
or selling at a larger-volume scale.
Different licensing tiers may apply depending on the number of units or products sold. Please purchase the appropriate commercial license add-on or contact the seller before use if you are unsure which tier applies to your business.
Purchasing the pattern file alone does not grant POD or commercial-use rights.
Do you offer custom, brand, or exclusive licensing?
Yes. If you are a brand, retailer, manufacturer, designer, or business interested in commercial licensing, high-volume production, custom licensing terms, or exclusive rights to a PatternHotel design, please get in touch before using the artwork.
Standard digital purchases do not include exclusive rights. Exclusive or expanded commercial rights must be arranged separately in writing with the seller.

Please include the design(s) you are interested in, your intended product/use, estimated production quantity, sales channels, and whether you are requesting non-exclusive or exclusive rights.
Can I sell or share the original digital pattern file?
Strictly NO. The original pattern file may not be resold, redistributed, shared, gifted, uploaded to digital marketplaces, or offered as part of another digital pattern collection. This applies even if the file has been recolored, cropped, or slightly modified.
