How do I receive my digital files?
All products are digital downloads. After Etsy confirms payment, use Etsy in a web browser and open Purchases and reviews to download your files. No physical item is shipped. Guest buyers can use the download link in their Etsy receipt email. If a file is missing or will not open, contact Underground Stack through Etsy Messages.
What software do I need?
Check the individual listing before buying: supported software and file types are stated there. Spreadsheet products require the named spreadsheet application; a PDF viewer alone cannot run formulas. Software subscriptions are not included. Do not assume Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or mobile editing are supported unless the listing explicitly says so.
May I reuse or resell the files?
You may use and adapt your purchased template for one business, across its own events or projects. Save a separate working copy each time and retain the original. You may not resell, redistribute or share the template files, or offer them as your own product. Customization services are not included.
What if I have a problem with my download?
Please message Underground Stack through Etsy with the filename, application and a short description of the issue. Avoid sending customer data or other sensitive information. Digital items follow the policy displayed on the listing; contact us about missing, damaged or incorrectly described files so the issue can be addressed. Your applicable consumer rights and Etsy policies still apply.
