HOW DO I ORDER A METAL FRAME?

Metal frames require some assembly, materials and directions are provided on the listing slides and in messages if you contact our shop. When ordering a metal frame, you will need to buy two packets in accordance to the size of your frame. One pack will be used for the length and one pack is for the width. Metal frames do NOT come with plexiglass or backing board, however you can order it from our store. You can put your custom size in the personalization box when ordering!

HOW DO I ORDER A WOOD FRAME?

Wooden frames come pre-built with a backing board and a wire hanging system. The size option in the drop down box for for pricing guidelines for your custom order. You will select the size frame that yours will fit into. For example, if you need a 15x19 frame you would order a 16x20 frame.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM FRAMES?

Often one to two weeks, including the shipping time. If you have a set deadline for your frame please let us know and we will do what we can to have it completed in time for you.

IS GLASS PROVIDED WITH FRAME ORDER?

Glass is provided for WOODEN frames that size at 11x14 and under. Frames larger than 11x14 and all metal frames DO NOT come with glass, plexiglass may be purchased from our store.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE METAL FRAME?

Frame assembly is easy and simple with instructions that are provided on every metal listing frame we have. Be sure to click on the slideshow of pictures to view it, and open in a new tab if you need it larger. Please reach out if you have any more questions in regards to assembly.
