This LOVE custom stamp with your names around is perfect for creating DIY wedding favors such as ceramic jewelry plates, soaps, clay magnets, incense holders, small plates for rings, keychains, Christmas tree ornaments... A modern and personalized wedding stamp to use also as a couple stamp, aside from weddings.

In the video, you can see how we've created a jewelry holder with air-dried clay and a golden ink pad.

To create this stamp we've collaborated with Sira Lobo, a Barcelona local illustrator, and friend, so you are supporting 2 independent and small businesses run by women. Thank you! Sira is the artist behind the illustration and we've created the composition and the custom stamp for you.

This stamp is made with acrylic material, so the print on the clay is clean and detailed. You can use the stamp when de clay is still fresh or even on leather clay :) Can be used also on clay, ceramic, polymer clay, soaps, and dough... this is not a stamp for use with ink. These clay stamps are harder than regular paper stamps. Whether you're a soap maker, potter, or any artisan, this custom stamp is a must-have tool in your creative arsenal.

IMPORTANT: Larger stamps need more pressure in order to make the print on clay, you may need to place some support in the inner part of your pottery piece, like a metal base or your hand or fingers, for example. The larger stamps are perfect for stamping flat objects such as plates, coasters, trays... If you want to print delicate pieces, we recommend you select the smaller sizes because they need less pressure to have a print.

We mount our stamps on natural wooden bases from local providers. With our stamps we achieve a clean and detailed print, we take care of checking that the lines and the size of the letter are appropriate and we will edit it so that it comes out perfect. We believe in controlled and sustainable production. We use high-quality materials and pay close attention to detail :)

3. In 1-2 business days, you will receive a message with the design that you ordered. If you want, you will be able to make one free adjustment but a complete change is not included in the price, so you will receive a budget with the total amount.
4. Production time depends on your proof design confirmation date. We will send the proof by an Etsy conversation. Please check your Etsy account often in order to make your stamp as soon as possible. If we don't receive a response in 1-2 days we will proceed to produce the stamp and send it in order to not delay your order. Any problems with the design are the buyer's responsibility. NON-CUSTOM STAMPS and INK PADS
Sent with non-tracked international airmail, this way we can offer you the most affordable shipping cost possible. For this reason, standard shipping doesn't provide you tracking number. Tracking options are available on shipping options at the checkout page. The upgrade to tracked shipping is affordable if you want to upgrade it.

ORDERS WITH CUSTOM STAMPS
You will receive the tracking number as soon as the package is sent. You can see the estimated delivery time on the same product page. The courier depends on the destination country (USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK...) You can upgrade to express shipping at the checkout page.

Non-custom stamps and ink pads are sent with non-tracked international airmail. For this reason, standard shipping doesn't provide you with a tracking number. You will not have a tracking number and therefore neither you nor we can track your order.

If you choose this method, unfortunately, we can't claim to our shipping courier if some package is lost, and for this reason, we don't accept claims for shipping issues with non-tracked packages. Hope you understand. We can send you the proof of shipment so you can see that it has been sent, but it will not have tracking information.

The shipping time is the same for standard un-tracked and tracked but with the tracking, we can know where the package is.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We aren't responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses. We ship to your ETSY shipping address and refunds for your order cannot be made due to this.

We do not accept returns or refunds on any CUSTOM or DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS. Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, in perfect condition, and with its original packaging.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. If the reason for the return is not attributed to biterswit (you don't like the stamp, for example) you will have to take care of the return and shipping costs. In this case, the product cost will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.
If the package cannot be delivered for some reason caused by the customer (incorrect postal code, non-pickup at the post office, etc) the client is responsible for the new shipping required once the package arrives
