Each listing for magnetic boxes has the sizes clearly marked in cm, inches and sometimes both. Before purchasing an item please ensure that the size of the item you are buying is correct for you requirements.

Items are available for wholesale but please contact me first before ordering to check availability. The quantity required to attract a lower price depends on the individual item (but think around 40-60 items).

I accept returns of all items but if the item that arrived is the item you ordered, you are responsible for the cost of the return postage. For me to issue a refund, the items need to be in a condition so that I can re-sell them; all items are therefore checked on their return before I can refund you. If an item is not in a condition to be re-sold then I am sorry but I am unable to offer a refund. For return postage, I recommend paying a little extra to buy insurance to cover the cost of damage by courier in transit.

First of all, if the item looks very obviously damaged when it is being handed to you by the courier, inform the courier of the damage and they should make a note of it.

Then, take a picture of the outside of the package before opening and once opened, a picture of the damage on the item if there is any. Please get in touch asap with the photos.

As a small business, I am unable to issue refunds for suspected damage without proof - photos are the evidence required by the courier for me to claim compensation for the damage.

All items are thoroughly inspected before carefully being packaged - no items are ever dispatched with evident damage!

The dispatch estimate is how long I think it is going to take to pick, pack, pay for postage and get your package to the courier. The dispatch time depends on the item but is generally around 5-7 days. I will always try to dispatch your item as quickly as I can and depending how busy I am (how big the queue is) and product availability, this could be in as little as 1 or 2 days. In general, I always process orders in a first-come first-served basis.

The Delivery estimate displayed during the ordering process is how long Etsy THINK the courier should take to deliver the item (even though Etsy does not know which courier I use). With Standard postage most items to the UK take 3-4 days, Europe, a few days more, USA, a few weeks with USPS.

Yes, I offer an expedited delivery service to the UK (next day) and USA (days not weeks). If you need your item quickly, get in touch before ordering to check the service and to check the EXPECTED delivery date. Paying to upgrade to expedited delivery also skips your order to the 'front of the queue' and your order will be processed as soon as the item is available.

I am not a courier. I cannot and do not guarantee any delivery date. Even the couriers themselves do not make guarantees. Rest assured though, if you pay for expedited delivery, I will also pay for expedited delivery.

I don't offer this at present but there are plenty of other sellers on Etsy who do offer this service.
