This is a fun tradition to begin as a keepsake for your children each year, documenting their likes, dislikes, weight and height, etc. Makes a terrific poster to print out for the child's birthday party, and would also look lovely framed.

Colors and fonts are fully customizable. Please indicate your desired color scheme in the notes section--I am happy to work with you to get it just right.

You are welcome to modify the "topics" to suit your child. In the notes section please indicate exactly what you would like it to say.

Once I have your information, I will begin working on your proof. The proof will be sent through an Etsy conversation. Please check our shop announcement for our current turnaround time. With this listing, you can make one set of revisions. Additional revisions are $10 each. Please indicate your email address in the notes section at checkout.

In the drop down menu, you will have the choice to select a PRINTABLE JPG file which you will print yourself (we recommend printing as a poster at a photo center or office supply store). This file will be designed as a 16x20 poster, unless you specify another size. You can also choose to have us print this and ship it to you in a variety of sizes (11x14, 13x19, 16x20 or 20x30).

**The size pictured in our shop listing is a 13x19 poster. These are printed on a poster paper, so it is thick and durable like a photo would be, but is not a photo board so it will not sit up on its own without support.**
