Are all your products certified?

Yes. Most of our jadeite jade jewelry includes either a Certificate of Authenticity or a Domestic Appraisal Certificate, depending on the item. These documents verify the authenticity of the jade and provide added confidence in your purchase. From time to time, we may offer one-of-a-kind pieces that do not include original certification. These exceptional items are carefully selected for their beauty and quality, and any absence of certification will always be clearly noted in the product listing so you can shop with confidence.

How do I know my U.S. ring size?

The most accurate way to determine your ring size is to visit a local jeweler for a professional sizing. You can also use a printable ring sizing guide or measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits comfortably and compare it to a U.S. ring size chart. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

How do I measure my bangle size?

The easiest way to determine your bangle size is to measure the widest part of your hand, not your wrist. 1. Bring your thumb across your palm toward your pinky finger, as if you're putting on a bangle. 2. Wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your hand, or use a strip of paper or string and then measure it with a ruler. 3. Compare your hand circumference to a jade bangle size chart to determine the appropriate inside diameter (measured in millimeters). Because jade bangles are rigid and cannot be adjusted, choosing the correct size is essential. If you're between sizes or need assistance, we're happy to help you find the best fit.
