The quality is good. It's a well-made, pretty necklace. But the photo shows and describes a LONG necklace, whereas I received a 3-strand bibb necklace which is of no use to me. Communication with the seller has been poor. She claimed she could not find my order. I have asked her for help in fixing the length. NO RESPONSE. This is a complete departure from Etsy's excellent customer service. I am not pleased.
