We offer the possibility of making a reservation for your wedding dress or corset, and paying the remaining amount when the order is finished (before it is shipped).

Keep in mind that none of the cases may apply any discount to orders paid with this method. Active discounts or coupons are only valid for orders paid in one.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

We don't accept returns for:

- Custom or made to order items
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale and items from Outlet or Last Chance section.
- Accesories, such as: capes and capelets, jewelry, headdresses, gloves, neck corsets and corset belts.

Other products can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further return instructions before returning the item.

In all cases buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds are charged with a 15% restock fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Reservations cannot be canceled and will not be refunded.

The sample pieces have been used in photo sessions and/or fashion shows, as well as to try on in the boutique. They have all been dry cleaned. They may show some small marks, especially on the bottom or inside, but hardly noticeable. If any of the pieces have a major defect, this will be specified in the listing description.

In no case will we accept returns of these items.
