This Privacy Policy describes how and when GlassPatternLab (“I,” “me,” “my”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you purchase a digital product from GlassPatternLab (https://glasspatternlab.etsy.com), contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
By purchasing a product from GlassPatternLab or otherwise interacting with GlassPatternLab, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must leave GlassPatternLab immediately.

In order to deliver digital products to you and provide customer support via Etsy, I collect the following information:

• Details of the product(s) you purchased
• Information Etsy provides to me about you
• Custom design notes or any additional information you provide
Note: I do not store your payment information (such as card numbers). These details are securely processed by Etsy or its payment service providers.

Why and How I Use Your Information
I process your information only in the following cases:
• Performance of a contract: To provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• Legal obligation: To comply with tax, accounting, and record-keeping requirements.
• Affirmative consent (opt-in):
o To send newsletters, promotions, and special offers via email.
