Etsy Shop Policy

1. Payment
I currently accept all payment methods offered through Etsy Payments. This includes major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Etsy Gift Cards. Payment must be completed before an order can be processed and shipped.

2. Shipping
2.1. Service Area

I ship exclusively within the European Union (EU).

Processing Time: Our current processing and dispatch times are detailed in the product listing information.

2.2. Shipping Costs and Tracking

To keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, especially for smaller orders, tracking information may not always be provided. Orders shipped via standard, economical post often do not include full end-to-end tracking.

If you require tracking or expedited delivery, please choose the relevant upgrade option at checkout.

2.3. International Fulfillment Strategy (for Non-EU Shipments)

For orders shipped from Germany to regions with very high shipping costs (e.g., the USA, Canada, Australia): To keep costs affordable and reduce transit times, some orders may be fulfilled by a trusted third-party print-on-demand service (such as Printify or another comparable provider) located closer to the delivery address. This will be at no extra cost to you.

The delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

2.4. Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1. Returns Eligibility

Contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.
Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3.2. Refund Policy

A full refund for the item price (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Important: If the item is returned damaged, used, or not in its original, resaleable condition, the refund amount will not be issued, as the item has lost its value.

3.3. Exchanges

I only accept exchanges if the item you received differs from what you ordered due to a mistake on the seller's side (e.g., wrong design or size sent).

Please contact me immediately if this is the case so I can correct the error.

3.4. Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 1 hours of purchase.

4. Privacy Policy

I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information:

1. To communicate with you about your order.
2. To fulfill your order.
3. For legal purposes (like paying taxes).

4.1. Sharing of Personal Information

Fulfillment and Shipping: To complete your order, your details (name, shipping address, and contact information) must be shared with shipping companies (e.g., Deutsche Post, DHL, etc.). This is strictly for the purpose of delivery and generating shipping labels.

Third-Party Fulfillment: For orders shipped to international regions outside the EU, I may use a trusted third-party production and fulfillment provider (e.g., Printify). In such cases, your name, shipping address, and order details will be securely shared with this provider solely for the purpose of printing, packaging, and shipping your order to you. They are contractually obligated to protect this data.
