The KPI template is a user-friendly spreadsheet made to help manage bonuses based on employee performance, measured through key performance indicators (KPIs), and making sure all is focused on achieving the company’s goals.
You can manage up to 20 employees’ individual bonuses based on their performance for a set bonus period.

How the template works:
Determine your metrics and list the employees who will share the bonus pool for the period.
Summary Tab – where you will enter your bonus pool, employee names and their eligibility, After you fill the information on each Employee tab, you will see an overview of all employee’s payout for the bonus period.
Employee Tab/s – each employee will have their own tab where you can set up the metrics, KPIs and their value on getting the final payout. Add you own percentages and, your Target & Actual scores, for each employee. Each employee’s name and the bonus pool, on this tab will be populated from the information you entered in the Summary Tab.

You will receive a second template. A version where you can add pay grades/salary bands and to compute the payout per employee, based on their work level in the company.

All templates are to be used by the company bought for only and are not to be distributed outside the organization.
Most of my templates come with the cells with formulas protected, to prevent someone from deleting or writing over the formulas, which could cause the template to not work as described.
