Will my order require a signature?

To protect both the buyer and seller, our shop policy requires signature on all orders above $750. If buyer is not available upon 1st delivery attempt UPS will either choose to attempt delivery again, or will hold at a UPS access point for pick up. We do not have control of how UPS chooses this, nor the location it will be held. UPS provides all delivery information, including pick up locations, on their tracking number we provide for your order. If shipping with USPS, the post office will attempt delivery the following business day. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

How will my order ship?

The following is our house policy for shipments: - Up to $400 = USPS First Class Mail / Ground Advantage - $400 - $999 = USPS Priority Mail typically, UPS if shipping option less - Over $1000 = UPS, signature required ***Free shipping does not include insurance. Contact us prior to making payment if you would like us to provide you with an insurance quote. ***Free shipping only applies to the services outlined above. If a PO Box address is provided for a shipment that would ship with UPS as outlined above, additional charges will apply due to cube fees and other fees USPS charges for larger packages. We will reach out to you directly if this applies to your order.

International Orders - unclaimed and returned

If an order is shipped outside of the US and is not claimed or customs are not paid, it will incur a 30% restocking fee when shipper returns to us. We also do not refund the original shipping cost.

What if I return my item outside of the return policy time?

Orders returned to us outside of our return policy time will incur a 30% restocking fee.
