* Each cookie measures approximately 3 - 4 inches.
* Each cookie is individually bagged in a clear, heat-sealed bag to maintain freshness for up to 4 weeks!
* These cookies are made in a bakery that also makes nut products, and we cannot guarantee that these cookies will be nut-free. PLEASE LET US KNOW OF ANY ALLERGIES INVOLVED.
* Please note that larger quantities (3 dozen or more) WILL require a longer processing time.

CUSTOMIZATION:
* These cookies are customizable! Please send us a message after purchase to specify colors, name, numbers, etc. If you are looking for any designs or cookie themes not listed in our shop, please send us a message with inspiration photos. We would love to help you with any ideas or themes for any special event!

SHIPPING/PROCESSING TIMES:
*All cookies are made to order and require 14 business days processing time, unless previously discussed
*Unfortunately, we CANNOT guarantee delivery times. Occasionally delays may occur at the post office, but we do our best to make sure you get your package in a timely manner and ship with at least 1 extra transit day (if time allows)!
*All cookies will be carefully wrapped and packaged in bubble wrap to protect during transit. However, once it leaves us, it is out of our hands, and we are not responsible for broken cookies. Due to temperature changes during shipping, color seepage MAY happen, we are not responsible for any color seepage during shipping. We take photos prior to shipping and will send that photo once complete!
