1 Scope of application

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices stated are final prices. Pursuant to § 19 UStG, no sales tax shall be charged or shown. The shipping costs shall be specified individually in the purchase contract.

(2) The customer settles the invoice using the contractually agreed means of payment.

(3) If the customer has chosen payment in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise agreed in the contract, the ordered goods will be delivered to the address specified by the customer.

(2) Delivery is "free domicile" (CPT Incoterms 2010).

(3) Transport insurance: Anton Schulz Metallkarten sends the products insured up to a value of goods of 750.00 EUR. The amount of the goods is irrelevant. At the customer's request, Anton Schulz Metallkarten shall insure the goods up to the desired or specified amount. In this case, the customer shall bear the insurance fees. §6 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Consequences of cancellation

§10 Disclosure / Advertising of Cards
Metal cards produced / processed / refined by Anton Schulz Metallkarten may be used as advertising material. In doing so, Anton Schulz Metallkarten shall endeavour to disguise personalisations, in particular contact details, or to make them unrecognisable to third parties. If this is not desired, the customer must inform us. In this course, all materials / personalised metal cards will be removed from the respective platforms.
