Due to nature of product - custom made personalized napkins - I do not accept the returns, just in case there is some error in embroidery made by me.

All orders are shipped with POST. It takes 2-4 week to arrive (depending on location)

You can upgrade shipping to EXPRESS then order will be shipped with FEDEX express (Except South America, Australia, Asia, Africa).
After order is dispatched with FEDEX EXPRESS you will receive package in 2- 6 days (depending on your location).
DELIVERY: EUROPE - 2-4 days. USA / CANADA - 2-5 days.

We recommend washing your linens at 40C/104F. Low tumble dry. Use mild detergent & fabric softener.

For fulfilling order in time, we really appreciate communication with customers if we have some doubts or embroidery requirement issue. It is important for us to ship orders on time that is why if we send you message regard your embroidery order, we would appreciate that we have answer as quickly as possible so there is no hold of your order till ship date. Otherwise, order will be refunded as we will not manage to make order in processing time frame. Hope on your understanding.

We are willing to fulfill all order as quick as we can to make it happen we need all required information about your order (placing, thread color, design). Sometimes we send mockups (if required) and we would be pleased if you could approve them. If time passes and we do not hear back from you quite long time we will need to refund & cancel the order as we have specific time frame for manufacture & shipping out the order.
