Customized items and full bridal party packages are subject to change, including shipping dates. The intricate nature of these orders may require additional time to complete, and as such, shipping dates may vary from the estimated times displayed on Etsy.

While we strive to ship orders as soon as possible, please note that customized items and full bridal party packages may require longer processing times. Your patience is appreciated as we meticulously create and prepare your order to meet our high-quality standards.

To ensure timely delivery for your special occasion, please leave your event date, whether it's a wedding or another significant date, in the comment section or through direct messages. Also be sure to choose the most appropriate shipping method. This allows us to prioritize your order and coordinate shipping accordingly.

Just contact me within 7 days of delivery. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the return. All items must be unopened and in the same packaging. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping fees are not covered by Royality Studio Designs. We don't accept returns or refunds on custom orders. We do not issue refunds for stolen packages. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Yes. If you would like to ship with UPS or FedEx please be sure to check our shipping upgrade section. Add either the UPS or FedEx listing to your order and we will be sure to use that delivery service for your order.

We have very little or no influence on USPS processes or methods. We ask that you if have an issue with delays or tracking you please contact USPS.

We kindly request that you refrain from checking in frequently to inquire about the progress of your order. Crafting highly customized and personalized items or fulfilling bulk orders and full bridal party packages requires focused attention and time.
