Something happened during shipping and it did not arrive as stated. Very late several contacts with seller and one to Etsy. Finally seller sent another so issue did get resolved, thank you

I love this charm. However, shipping was a bit of a pain. No updates were provided and the seller never responded to my message. Nonetheless, the item arrived sooner than expected. Overall, I am pleased.
