• Products made of polymer clay are strong enough and resistant to various physical factors. They are not afraid of water, so if they are dirty they can be washed, but very carefully, with a non-aggressive detergent (such as liquid soap). After washing, always dry on a napkin so that the accessories do not darken. Or if the contamination is small, simply wipe with a damp cloth without the alcohol content. Nevertheless, if you want to enjoy them longer you should avoid: falling from height, skimming, biting, bending, high temperatures (as in a washing machine), burnout (with long exposure to direct sunlight), contact with various chemicals such as acetone or liquid for removing varnish. Get into the perfume or cream.

• As for cups decorated with clay, they can not be washed in a dishwasher and can not be heated in a microwave oven. As for the rest, they are fully functional and can be used as ordinary cups ...

Some elements in products are coated or made of UV resin ( eyes, wings, decorative elements ). So I ask You when You do not wear Your products on yourself, keep them in a box or in a drawer. Please do not store them in direct sunlight (window sill or sun table). Because if You often and for a long time put them to heat up in the sun, the product may darken. Don't worry, if You store it properly, it will last You a long time. I have products that are more than three years old.

Gift wrapping and packaging

• All my products are carefully packed in a free gift box or bag ready for a gift. You do not need to spend extra packaging money.

• The colors on your screen may differ slightly from the actual color or tint, depending on the settings of your computer screen. • Some very shallow parts of the camera may fade. Therefore, small items are photographed very close for the maximum transmission of small parts. Carefully read the description of the product you are interested in to better orient in its real dimensions.

• In advance I want to inform you that since all works are made manually. When creating my work, I do not use Molds, only sometimes invoices. Therefore, they can not be perfectly reproduced, some differences can occur in each order! Keep this in mind if you order a job that has already been sold. I can not guarantee you 100% similarity. A small difference is not a shortage, it is the specificity of manual work, their feature and basic privilege. I will try to accurately reproduce them as much as possible.

If something breaks during use, please don't throw it in the trash. I will be very sorry, this is my craft, I put a part of myself into it...try to fix it. Or write to me about the breakdown and send me a photo. We will agree on whether the product is subject to repair. Send it to me, I'll fix it and send it back to you. My store's rules include free repairs with my delivery...
