HOW TO ORDER:
To place your order, simply tell us about your design preferences in the personalization box. Please include details such as text, fonts, placement, and any other relevant information that will help us create a design you will love. PROCESS:
Once we receive your order, we will contact you within three business days with a proof of your design. You can make as many adjustments as you want until you are completely satisfied with your proof. Please ensure that all spelling and dates are accurate as the proof is what will be engraved. Note that only one photo per proof will be used. If you would like to see your proof with different photos, a design fee will apply.

DRAINAGE HOLE:
Our pots do not have drainage holes because they are made to be used indoors as drop pots or decorative planters. Simply keep the plant in its plastic nursery pot and drop it in the planter. ENGRAVING RESULTS:
We offer engraving on concrete and terracotta pots. Our powerful laser removes the first layer to reveal the raw material underneath. If your logo has multiple colors, we recommend purchasing the concrete option as we are able to do a different shade of gray for each color. Please view our photos to see engraving results on each option as they vary between materials.

CARE:
To preserve the quality of the engraving on the concrete, please avoid rubbing the engraving or over-watering your plants if they are not in a nursery pot. No care needed for the terracotta pots.

Because all of our pieces are handmade and due to the nature of the material, no two pieces are exactly alike. Expect variations like discoloration (white or dark spots), rough undersides, air bubbles, and similar characteristics.**
