- Cleaning. If the toy is slightly dirty, use a soft clothes brush or a sticky roller to clean it. A damp wipe (preferably unscented) or rag will work for this method. Gently wipe the stained area and let the toy dry. Under no circumstances should you rub the felt sheath too hard. Just lightly pat the stained area with your fingers.
